We charge a flat rat of $10 for shipping for all orders within Australia and $20 for International orders. We offer FREE Shipping Australia wide if you spend over $150.
I placed an order, when should I expect it to be shipped?
Moosey Moose aims to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days using Sendle or Australia Post dependant on the recipients location. Tracking details will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Delivery time is dependent on your location. We will provide tracking numbers for all orders so you can trace your parcels location.
Do I have to pay any tax on my purchases?
For purchases outside of Australia, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. Please ensure you are aware of the possible charges you may incur in order to release your goods. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.

You can return any non sale item within 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping is at your own expense. Items must be in the original conditions, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
Please allow 3-7 days for your return to be processed. Once return has been accepted we will issue a refund onto your original payment method.
