Please adhere to the care instructions provided in the product description and those that accompany your items as they will advise how best to care for your items. Moosey Moose we can not be held responsible for items which have been incorrectly cared for. Some fading may occur. This is typically found in our printed items and is due to the water based, eco friendly inks that are used when printing. This can be minimised by washing the items inside out and using a phosphate free detergent. Please do not scrub prints or put them in the dryer. If you need to iron your garment, please do so on the reverse of the garment and never iron directly on the print.
Please take all reasonable precautions to ensure the longevity of your items. If you have any questions about the long term care of any particular product, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
All fabrics have been pre-washed for shrinkage.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if there is a fault please contact us with the details of the fault within 7 days of receiving your item and we will work to put things right immediately. Moosey Moose reserves the right to offer only repair, replacement or refund of faulty items at our discretion where allowable by law.
Where a return has been approved by us in the case of a faulty item, require you to send the item back to us at your expense. Once the faulty item is received and the fault is confirmed, you will be offered the option of repair, replacement or refund at our discretion, depending on the severity of the fault and subject to operational considerations. If a refund is approved, will refund your costs in full, including return postage costs.
As the goods are your responsibility until they are received by us, please ensure they are packed securely and ensure you use a postal service that provides registered post and/or insurance to the value of the items you are posting. The goods must be returned in brand new, unworn condition with tags attached, as we can not accept returns for items that have been worn, damaged or soiled after they were received. All items must be cared for following the care instructions provided for this to be valid. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by you and uses other than intended are not covered. In the unlikely even that goods are returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse goods that don’t meet these requirements and we may have to return the items to you at your own cost.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing.
We make every effort to ensure our items run true to size, and have provided size charts to ensure you can choose which size will give you the best fit. If your babe is on the upper range for a particular size, consider sizing up to the next size to ensure a longer lasting fit. Please review the size chartshere, or contact us should you have any questions about sizing.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. We encourage you to review measurements against the size charts provided or contact us with any queries you may have prior to purchasing. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellation of your order once your item has been made or the fabric has been ordered except if your item has a fault, in which case it will be handled in accordance with the Faulty Items section above..
Discount codes or vouchers must be applied prior to completing your purchase. They cannot be applied after the purchase has already been completed. Discounts cannot apply to existing orders. All discount codes are non-transferable. They must be redeemed within the allocated time frame. If not used by the expiry date there will be no extension or reactivation.
